Fuyu Persimmon


Fuyu persimmons were made to melt. From tough to butter the fruit spreads thick. They are born from the genus Diospyros and native to both North America and Asia. Only edible when completely ripe! You must bide your time and exercise your patience. But once they are ready — it's all apricot and fresh date. . . sweet and outrageous and extraordinarily rich!
