Happy February! Today we are sharing + sampling our intensely delicious: Pear Ginger & Red Chard! I created this recipe specifically for winter because I love its range and depth of health benefits, the striking dark green color it becomes and I cherish the simplicity of each gently filtered ingredient.
Pears are divinely wonderful for digestion and contain quercetin - a natural antihistamine! Ginger is a rhizome with over 400 compounds naturally targeted to reduce inflammation, enhance blood flow and aid the digestive process. And finally, Red Chard has a rich content of vitamins A, K, C, E and the dietary minerals, magnesium, manganese, iron and potassium. You will taste the phenomenon!! It is a magical drink!
