I guess the snow season wasn't completely done with us yet. Someone should let Old Man Winter know Spring is here, and he can't keep her from coming out to play. As Longfellow once said "The spring came suddenly, bursting upon the world as a child bursts into a room, with a laugh and a shout and hands full of flowers." 

But, as Mother Nature sheds it's last vestiges of wintertide, I'm reminded of a another quote, this one from Doug Larson, "Spring is when you feel like whistling even with a shoe full of slush."
